The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

The return request must be initiated within 7-days from the date ofdelivery.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team either through email or phone within the specified return period. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
c. Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.d. You can directly return from the account you have placed order, within the 7 days of the date of delivery. -
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 1- 8 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the product was COD , the refund will be initiated on the account details you will give.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items: Any item that is personalized or custom-made specifically for you may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with the photos of the product. it can only be done within the 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
